All payments made through the IEC Solar app are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways. Prices quoted are subject to change until a formal agreement is signed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOFTCREATIONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the IEC Solar app or services.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.
